Little girl with a Father

Assalamualaikum.

Now is my turn to write on this space.
I want to share with all of you a short story that i have wrote long time ago.

Once upon the time, there is a little girl and her father were crossing a bridge. the father was kind of scare so he asked his little daughter, 'Sweetheart, please hold my hand so that you don't fall into the river.'
The girl said, 'No, dad. You hold my hand.'
What's the difference?' asked the father.
'There is a big difference,' replies the little girl. And she add,'if i old your hand and something happen to me, i may let your hand go. But if you hold my hand, i sure that no matter what happens you will never let my hand go.'

So hold the hand of the person who loves you..

Thats all from me..
Thank you.

  2. Ooh, interesting! The article that Aisyah wrote was short but really meaningful. It reminds me to not take the ones I love for granted. Once they leave, then I'll only realise how much I need them by my side.
We, humans, tend to forget about our loved ones. So, I guess we should take this article to heart and tell the ones we love how much they mean to us before it's too late.

  3. This story has a deep meaning to it. It shows how much sacrifice our parents are willing to give us. That little girl was smart too because she doesn't want to be a burden to her Dad if anything happens to her. This story may open up our eyes by reminding us to not forget our loved ones. We should repay them for all the good things that they have done for us.

Even this is just short story..
but I read it many times because
    I really intersted..
We never know how much our
    parents love us..
they dare to sacrifice anything for
    our hapiness..
And now if I cross the road I like my
    parents to hold my hands:)

  7. salam...
    it really touching..
it make me think about my family especially my father..
the father was scare and wanted his daughter to hold his hand but her daughter don't want. it because, she might let his father's hand.
    it not really good attitude.
but the father will not let his daughter's hand no matter what.
we can see how much the father love his daughter.
we should realize no matter what happens to us in the future, our parents always be by our side.

like all of you guys, i also very interested to that short, simple and touching story...
for the first time i read this story, it was touch my feeling very much.eventhough it just a simple, but it teach us on how to appreciate someone who we loves so much.of course we can show our loves in many ways.., and one of the ways is like this, right...
in addition, i'm very agree to shida's comment that we should appreciate someone who we loves before we don't have the chance to do that..

lastly, i hope that we will make this story as guidline in order to continue our short life...thank you
